Wing Chun for good health

Wing Chun Kungfu is a Southern China martial arts and has good benefits as a physical exercise to promote long life and good health. 
 
Wing Chun has generally 3 basic forms. 
  •  Siu Nim Tao 
  •  Chum Kiu
  •  Biu Tze

We, here practice wingchun kungfu more of a health regime than a form of fighting skill.
